Hey Guys
Trying my first tri-tip today. I have done my homework and going to lean toward the Trex method.
Just going to do a simple rub of mustard and homemade montreal steak spice.
Any pointers would be great. Looking forward to trying this cut, if it works I have a pretty good supplier :)
Will post some pics if it works out :laugh: :laugh:
