First packer brisket. I was really happy with the way it turned out, very tender...just a shade dry on the some of the pieces at the end. The neighbors loved it though and my picky kids has seconds. The pulled pork I did earlier was my best one yet. All in all a great day, great food, great block party with the neighbors. Happy 4th everyone!
Camera phone quality doesn't really do it justice.

Camera phone or not, that looks like a well executed brisket. How big was it and how long did it smoke for?

Thanks. You know I never did check the weight (it was a full packer brisket, but in the small to medium category). I put it on at 5:00am and pulled it at 3:40pm, nearly 11hr and rested 2.5 hr.
I'm looking forward to leftovers in a little bit. -
