Nice big garden Hoss, everything looks nice and healthy. you are a bit ahead of us. We have been picking cukes for a couple of weeks and the Zukes are starting to hide.
Tomatoes are getting big but not red yet. -

A major "Greeen Thumb Award" there Hoss. MMmm, them peppers lookin' good. A bushel of basil, I see pesto in your future, although it does dry easily. Good job.

That's a beautiful garden Hoss!
I tried the raised beds under plastic once but had trouble getting moisture to the plants. Care to share how you do it? -
Drip irrigation. Each row has a watering line under the plastic. It is put down with the plastic.I have them all connected to a manifold so I can water the whole garden or individual rows.Luckily I have a well and hydrant less than 50 feet from the garden.

Up here we would call that garden a Farm

Do we have to get a new Champion of the Loney Chub? -
When I cook all this stuff I season it with 'Loney! There is a pasture behind the garden full of walking ribeyes!

Hoss , I have 8 jolokia plants ready to transplant , yours look great. I seriously doubt mine will put out any peppers this year , they are growing sooooo slow. How old are your plants? Nice garden , I would post a pic of mine but I need to weed-eat it first

Real nice garden Hoss
I had one 45' x 45' when we lived in Mississippi. I tilled in a years worth of composte from mowing a 3 acre lot - after that the veggies were growing so fast and making so much noise all night long that I couldn't sleep. :silly: -
THAT IS AN IMPRESSIVE GARDEN

Awesome! Color me jealous, fantastic garden.
Do the bhut and scotch bonnet keep the critters away by chance? Just trying to picture a rabbit after it nibbled on one;)Knoxville, TN
