Has anyone cooked baby back ribs and beef ribs at the same time? I usually cook the BB's at 275 for 6 hours with good success. Can I cook both at 275 for around the same time?

Stevemango16, I have done both at the same time and they came out great. I used the 3-1-1 method. They took around 6 hours so t was more like 3-1.5-1.5 lol.

when ive done it i started with the beef adding the pork later but its a judgment call depending on the ribs. if ones done earlier there is always the foil and cooler trick

Thanks for the advice. I'll try both at the same time and adjust if needed.
