Pollock fillets, need help

Hey Gang!

We bought 3 filets of pollock to try out on the egg. No idea on how to cook them. I do have cedar planks if you all think that is the way to go. Also what temp for the egg and what temp for the fish? Any recipies are more than welcome.

    you might wants something on the grid so that it does not flake and fall through....depending on how think it is, 3-5 min on each side at 350 should do the trick...ifyou have Tsunami Spin, it would be good as well

    Got any cast iron pans? You could still have a smoking wood in the coals. 140-145 on fish. Some like fish more done than others. EVOO or butter in the pan. Any seasoning you like. Or you could do a light breading. Seasoning the breading. Squeeze of lemon.

    Don't expect too much - pollock is not a very good fish I'm afraid.
