1# ground beef
Oregano
Thyme
Fennel seed
Fresh basil
Fresh parsley
Onion
Onion tops
Garlic
roasted red peppers
Capers

Tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese
350 dome - pulled at 150
Sliced and brought to work yesterday - looks like nice lunches this week
