Salmon looks awesome! How much time did you leave it on, and how much flavor did you pick up off of the plank? These thicker, larger cuts of salmon are a little intimidating :( !

The cedar plank imparted a lot of flavor--my wife commented on that specifically.
I went indirect, 325, for 30 minutes. Usually dont go that long, however, this was a fairly large piece of fish. -
Looks very good!! the kids even helped?? :cheer:
