A version of "Not yo Mama's Meatloaf"found on the recipe forum.WAY TOO SPICEY for Wifey.Borderline for me.Should make good sammiches,toned down with Mayo-n-cheese!
Purple hull peas outta the freezer flavored with some cold smoked bacon and bacon grease and green onions.
TATERS!
DINNER PLATED.Added corn on the cob and Fresh baked bread.It was fulfilling!

I will as soon as I get one I ain't usin! I've bought a pressure canner and a water bath canner and 5000 cannin jars.My friends ask why.I say if they cut the electricty off the freezers are done for.If I learn to can this stuff,screw the electric company!!!All I need is charcoal,CI cookware and my canned/cured stuff!Laugh if you want! I'll be prepared.All my friends bought Gold when the ECONOMY tanked.I bought pig meat and charcoal! You ain't seen nothin yet! :(
