Have been meaning to try Pork Butt Mike's chicken for some time now. Wife did boneless breasts instead of thighs....
Bird getting happy in marinade of Italian dressing, garlic, and lemon juice....put this on the egg at 200* for a couple of hours....

Pulled it and seared....finished product:

Ends were a little dry, but center was fork-tender. Was delicious and will do again! Thanks Pork Butt Mike.
