What temp and time line should I follow? The chicken is marinating in Italian dressing with some San Antonio Red chile mixed in. I will drain and use a paper towel to remove excess marinade and then season both sides with my own rub. I will be using apple wood splits and cooking indirect. Thanks for your help.
