I am smoking a ham for tonight, and cant remember how to prepare the darn things! Does anyone have a great recipe for these? What do you use for the stuffing?

Trailermonkey,[p]Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, mash the yolks with a bit of mayo and mustard. Add your favorite rub to taste. Lots of folks add minced onion, pickle relish, etc. [p]Ken
