Ok only had my egg 3 days and had to cook on it again, tonight only burgers but its addicting.
I had smoked a couple boston butts and an extra Turkey at Thanksgiving so I have to take a night off and eat leftovers. Gonna tackle Pizza this weekend.

It's almost hard to eat leftovers, isn't it? I always want to cook something else! With tonight's 9 lb butt, I'll have leftovers for, umm, a day or two! But it's pork butt, so that's okay.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

vac seal and freeze any extra PP. It thaws in warm water in the time it takes to light the egg and do a PP pizza A little Carnivore Q for the sauce.....
