I started counting all the pizzas I am planning to cook Sat. and started to worry if I had enough sauce... so here we go... B)

gonna blacken some romas, then blend with fresh oregano, basil, garlic, EVOO, kosher salt/pepper...

lost the picture of blackened maters... but 8 cups should be enough.. :woohoo: Pizza will be served under Duke Blue Devils tent....dont ask :unsure: :unsure:

Oh, not egged, but deer chili for dinner tonite..
