I need a little help. I lost my recipe for jalepeno poppers. I know it didn't have any meat except the bacon wrapping. Can anyone help me out?
Also, is anyone in IL going to the eggfest in Oswego the end of Sept?

If you are referring to ABT's, they are just Jal peppers hollowed out, stuffed, and wrapped in Bacon. The stuffing is Cream Cheese but it can be mixed with just about anything. Pulled Pork, Little Smokies, Ground Sausage, and steak are popular. Cook on about 300 indirect or maybe raised direct until bacon is done.
Thank you - yes, this was what I was looking for, it just seemed like I was missing something in with the cream cheese. I guess that's why I don't remember, there isn't anything.
