Nice looking cook, Dale! Those onion rings look great - did you make them from scratch? If so, would you share the recipe? I hardly ever eat them, but every once in a while get a huge craving - your photos are giving me one.

80/20= 20% fat content. Need at least 20% for good, juicy burgers. Looks great! -

Thanks Patty,I make a tempura batter,cut onions let sit in bucket for at least 3 hours to sweat out moisture.Dip in flour,then batter.

Thanks Anne,the more fat you grind into your meat, the better your flavor will be.My friend saves Ribeye fat to grind with his chuck(good burgers)
