QBabe - What's the internal temperature on that Tenderloin?

QBabe, I really enjoyed your BGE Photo Album and your website. If you don't mind me saying I'm really lustful of the Beef Tenderloin and want to do one soon. What was the internal temperature to achieve those results and any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks LAD

LAD,[p]I'll have to look at the recipe when I get home and HOPE that I made notes! Usually we like our beef on the more rare/med-rare side, so I'm guessing 125°-130°. The temp will continue to rise a bit while the meat is resting after it is off the cooker.[p]That recipe was called "Tuscan Beef Tenderloin" if I'm not mistaken and it was VERY good...[p]QBabe
