But on a positive note now I can do split level ci grilling!
Tried these bacon wrapped chicken thighs for lunch yesterday and they are out of this world good!
Cooked indirect at 400f till 200f internal. will do again and soon! Sorry can't find the finished picture for anything..hmm maybe too many SA's? :S
a pecan chunk with some onion
Also some brats for dinner.

I've never seen anyone put the ends and skin of an onion on the coals, is that a trade secret? I bet it smells great though. Is this a fairly common practice or were you just gettin rid of some good smellin garbage :P
