Made a pizza tonight.
A little pepperoni pizza tonight with some black olives because the kid likes them.
Prepped and ready for the Egg:
Finished. Maybe a little done, but really good. Got to love pizza on the Egg.

Looks great! What kind of dough did you use? I'm stunned that your kids requested black olives. My girls would wonder "Where is the bacon and sausage"? :cheer:

I would take it any day - looks fantastic. Need another one with some sausage, ground beef and peperoni.
Then another one with some canadian bacon and tomato.
BTW... Buckboard Pork Tenderloin and tomato on a pizza is absolutely fantastic.

Not homemade dough. We have a store that makes artisan breads here- Breadsmith. On Thursdays they make pizza dough. They rotate between wheat and white. This week was wheat. I like the white crusts better- they get crispier. I can't make dough as good as these. I need some better flour and some time to experiment, but until then, it's Breadsmith.

Looks great, we had three last night. My boys don't like any other pizza but ones from the Egg. Their favorite is BBQ chicken (BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce, with chopped grilled chicken, and a small amount of cheese.Kent Madison MS

Crust looks great !!! A little well done is not a bad thing..
My 5 yr old daughter loves black olives too.. Not sure where she acquired the taste as my wife and I don't eat them but we have to keep them on hand all the time.
