Got a egg for Christmas ,,,Help may be needed
You will get it here. -RP
Welcome Jimmy. Feel free to ask any questions. You can also use the search function at the top of the page and flip through old posts. I promise you probably won't ask something that hasn't been asked or tried before.
I received a large Green Egg from my wife for Christmas. I'm going to try and assembly it tonight. Hope I can have it ready to use this weekend.
Not sure if they still include it, but the instruction booklet for cooking was worthless. Go here for advice. Welcome.
Welcome and don't be afraid to ask all of the questions you want. That's what we're here for.
I guess I don't need to say "Have a great holiday", You already are!
Welcome from a new egger. I know you will receive a ton of help as I have. These folks are great. I just cooked my first prime rib and wife, who has "no taste" because of meds, loved it.
I'll second that! The DVD and the instruction book are pretty much useless. I got nothing from it.

This is kewel.
Just sent deerbutcher an email on a fishing forum I frequent. BTW - deerbutcher really is a deer butcher and he lives about 15 minutes from my house. His bride must be really smart - bought him a large for Christmas. She will get some great eats and he will be doing the cooking - nice.
Ken - check out your pms on the fishing forum.
Here is Ken's website in cse some of you deer hunters are in the hood.
