I did make some gravy but not as in depth as your gravy. Today was just a trial run so Thursday is the big day! Gravy and all!!

Can you tell me the specs./.. what size bird and what size egg. I am doing a Turkey for the first time tomorrow on my Large BGE.
Also, it looks like your foil container is sitting on the PlateSetter - what prevented the "juice/gravy/drippings" from being burned to the bottom of the foil from the heat of direct contact with PS?
