Cooking a Whole Turkey Next Week

I just found out that I will be doing a big turkey next week--a 20 pounder. I have been doing turkeys for years on my Holland Grill (a great gas grill), but the big turkey won't fit and I would like to try out my BBE. I have a large BGE, so I think it will fit fine.
So any suggestions for me?
Thanks!

Once you own an Egg there's no such thing as a great gas grill:blink:

We've done Maxs four times, all turning out great. I think it has something to do with icing the breasts down. The gravy is great too.

Brett...with you admitting to having done 4 Max's turkeys...there was no reason for you NOT to have cooked on Saturday.
Come on down to Tucson some time
