Safe to Move LGBE in Nest???

Can the nest stand up to rolling a LGBE around?
I'm looking at buying the LGBE and will be keeping it on the covered back patio. To cook I will need to roll the nest out across 10 to 12 feet of smooth concrete to where I will want to light it up.
Will the nest hold up to this, or would one of the wood BGE tables be a safer bet? My local dealer wasn't sure the nest would hold up, or be easy enough to move.
Thanks in advance,
John

The nest would be your best bet. Although when moving make sure you hold it secure and not just by the handle. There has been numerous instances when people move by the handle and it hit a rock, etc. starts tipping and the top opens up and the bottom hits the ground. Grab it like the love of your life...it soon will be anyway!

It's easy to move the egg in the nest just ALWAYS pull the egg and never push.

I move mine 10 - 15 feet everytime I use it. Not a problem.

I have moved my LBGE in the nest several times from the patio to the garage and back and it is very easy. Like they said pull do not push and you should not have any problems.

It should hold up fine.
Remember, pull don't push. You can lose the EGG.
