And my favorite Grilled Romaine

Put them back on the grill for 45-sec. per side more. These were the most tender steaks I have ever had.

    Are you sure you are cutting them against the grain. I have seen people do that.

    Those cuts are extremely good--one time the store had several out on the shelf, and I bought all of them! A few times already, they've opened up a cryo with a shoulder in it and have cut the flat irons out for me. I guess the secret to those is watching the temp--had problems last year with the very first one I cooked, because I use the "feel" to judge doneness. Boy was I wrong!

    I got those at a High End Market I picked those of the display, they were vary good and tender. As for searing them I thought 90-sec. would just wright but they needed 45-sec. more then they were perfect.

    Did my first one's a month or so ago and MAN O MAn were they awesome. My hot tub is turned off during the week so I CORCKPOTTED them LOL Worked great to!!! Just put them in the crock pot on LOW and left the lid off. Stayed around 100-105 for about 2 hours then seared them for about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes a side at 800 degrees. My best friend had never eaten a steak like that and he was amazed at how tender and juicy it was. Here's a few pics from that cook

    You have to cut them across the grain BUT if you'll do the crockpot thing. you'll have them so juicy and tender, you won;t believe it
