I get kirkland bacon at costco for under $2 per pound. It is good quality and fairly thin, so good for wrapping stuff.

Kim you been busy! Never heard of wrapped dates. They pretty good? Pizza looks good. We love pine nuts on piza or pasta! Sun dryed tomatoes go well also with the nuts.

Bacon wrapped dates are great and soo easy...

you can buy them in the section with prunes & raisins...

just split them open with a knie & fill with cream cheese and wrap bacon around them...

or just wrap bacon around them with no cream cheese...

I always hit them with a little Dizzy Dust

cook indirect at 350 for 25-30 minutes...

be carefule because the sugar in the dates will cause the bacon to burn..

then just pop them in your mouth like candy...mmm good :cheer:
