It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Smoking couple butts for friends, 17+ pounds total. Put them on the xl last night. 10 hours later the small butt (left) is ready to come off. One on the right has an hour or so to go. Set up is raised grid with pan as the indirect piece, pecan smoke and 230ish grid temp.

Gotta love the bark, it's the best part. Without a doubt, that is one thing butts have over briskets, better bark taste. T
