ok i have some apple wood supplied to me by one of the meat guys at publix.....



so last wednesday i had one of the auctioneers at the auto auctions i work with ask me about grills.... because i like several of you talk about grills and smokers alot... well i brought him to my house last wednesday and showed him the egg (very impressed but flashback is his stopping point) anyway i was showing him my wood collection and he tells me that he was always told that smoking with apple wood was bad luck.. has anyone ever heard this... he is from mocksville n.c. and said that is what his father always told him... so anyone hear it?????
