Wess B's Sliders

I cooked up some of Wess' sliders tonight...they were great! I used 80/20 beef, 1/2 inch thick. cooked at direct on an extender for 500 for 3 minutes per side, then put on Kroger Dinner Yeast Rolls. No smoke ...just Montreal Steak seasoning, wooster, and Tony' s Chacherie Cajun Seasoning....piece of cheese on each and two with cheese in the middle of 2 patties...Great!! Thanks Wess!

    Tried them last week for what will not be the first time and they were great. Reminded me a lot of our southern cusine (Crystal burgers). Thanks too Wess :) :) :) :)
