Traveling, working, family, Boy Scouts with my son. I have finally been able to enjoy cooking on the eggs over the holidays for the first time in a long time. I managed to do brisket, pulled pork, ribs, sausages, ABT's, and Pork Tenderloins in about the last 10 days.

    Happy New Year Ya'll

Crusty Shadows.... That's a good one! The holidays were OK. Someone brought a flu bug and passed it around. It keeps going round and round and now Cedar Fever has set in with a vengence. I've been pretty busy, so busy I sold my boat after two years not much use. The Egg Ranch is keeping us busy and Liesel has two horses now.

It's been great to be back cookin on the egg.

Hey Old boy. How's the Hen? How's the vision? I hope it has improved for you.

I'm going to be down in your neck of the woods next week for some work.
  • The Hen is good. The vision is as good as it will ever be and the Chicken Ranch crew expects you to come by while you're in town. We'll do something even if it's not on the diet. Just say when it's convenient for you. We might even talk Chubby into joining us.

Sounds like a plan. The new year brings a new diet, so no problem.
