Dutch Oven cooking on the BGE

Hello & Merry Christmas Everyone[p]I am a newbie and looking to see - HOW - to use the BGE & a Dutch oven. I'm sure there are some recipes out there - I'm curious if coals are added on top (?) - Is the Lid is Closed - ? & what temp ranges-(?). I did do a BGE google search from the Archives of this forum. I guess searching topics withing the archives is quite difficult unless you read each one. I would appreciate it if anyone of you has some WEBLINKS on this or some personal eggsperience using a Dutch Oven on the BGE. [p]Thanking each of you in Advance.[p]GrillCrazy
