Doing a "Butt",went on last night to take on a trip!!Had a small Salmon Filet that was picked up the other day and the time was to freeze or not to freeze that was the -Whoops!Stuck in the grill using the recipe in the files.Didn't have any Alder so used Sugar Maple because of the "Butt" being around 9+ pounds moved it over a few inches and put in the filet and left it in a little longer then suggested.First piece of Salmon on the BGE can't wait for the next!!!

Jim R,Salmon will become one of your favorites on the BGE. Definitely try alder wood for flavor

Next time try a little pecain and maple smoke pellets and cover the top of the salmon with big green ege seasioning its to kill for
