First Ribs on BGE
Options
I smoked my first slab(s) of ribs on the BGE and they were great. First time I've ever made ribs on anything so so I was pretty happy. I've only had my egg for a week now and I'm amazed how it can hold the temp so easily. I kept walking out there every 30 minutes to check on it and the thermometer was always right where it was 30 minutes ago. I cooked them at 250 indirect for 4 hours and then 1 hour direct and applied sauce at this point too. Can someone tell me how I would attach a picture to my posts. Thanks.

NUMAN,
First ribs and pictures as well. Both look eggselent.

NUMAN,
Good job on both the ribs and the pic posting!
FWIW- I usually put foil on my platesetter when doing ribs and similar cooks. The drippings can get stuck on it and are tough to get off without doing a high temp burnoff.[p]Not a big deal, I just like to keep the platesetter free of anything that can add unrequested smoke.[p]Again, good job on the ribs, they look great!
