I am a newbie here as is everyone at least once. I have had success with standing rib roast, boston butts, country style pork ribs, baby back ribs, steaks, and chickens. I am going to try a whole turkey for Super Bowl dinner, any tid bits of info, or suggestions on what to do/ not to do would be greatly appreciated.
