Took one of my wife's recipes tonight and dizzyfied it then eggified it. Here's the original recipe.
2# ground beef
2 eggs
2/3 cups catsup
1 1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp dry mustard
STUFFING
2 slice of bread pieced
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbs onion, chopped
Preheat oven to 400. Mix meat, egg, catsup and salt. Divide mixture into 16 balls, flatten each. Mix stuufing ingredients and place stuffing on 8 of the patties. Top with remaining 8 patties. Press edges together. Bake in shallow pan for 35 mins.
Here's the changes we made
Instead of 1 1/2 tsp of salt we used 1 1/2 tsp dizzy dust.
Added 1 1/3 cups of oats to mixture to help hold it together ( this started out as frozen ground beef so you might not have to add the oats to fresh ground beef )
Cooked on raised grid indirect at 420 - 430 just because that's where the egg settled in at.
Cooked for 20 mins then flipped and cooked another 15 mins.
Sprinkled Raising the Steaks on burgers when put on egg then again when they were flipped.
These were very good and this is how I will probably start doing all my burgers.

I forgot to add that I cooked them right on the grid and did not use the shallow pan.
