<p />About time to cut into those 30 day aged KC Strips I bought over New Years. What do we want for Oklahoma and Texas? Couple 2 inch steaks or a nice thick end for a roast? I'm thinking both.[p]Mike

    ClayQ,
I tell you. It is so simple. All I need is some great bread recipes to go with them. Any ideas?[p]Mike

    Car Wash Mike,
Well, I just happen to be thinking of beer bread. I got a pic in my file somewheres.....he he, now you got me hungry, all I had for supper is chips and beer. The life of a starving artist. I go by eyeball, no set amounts but tomorrow I can put something togther and post a recipe. It starts with beer....you got beer don't ya?
