Recipe for Salmon in a stemer basket with wok

Someone posted a recipe about salmon in a steamer basket in a wok on a bed of spinach.I lost the recipe and cannot locate thru the Google or archive.Help please.

    4 parts dry sherry to 1 part teryaki sauce in a cold wok. .. run your steamer baskets under cold water to soak them. . . .put a layer of spinach in each basket along with a couple of the salmon filets (skinned) .. .top the fillets with some slivered fresh ginger and scallions . . put the steamer stack in the wok, set the whole thing over a hot fire (around 425 dome temp) in the egg ...depending on thickness, the fillets will be done in around 15 - 20 minutes. ..just check them for for doneness after about 15 minutes. ..put the fillet in a deep plate or soup bowl with some of the spinach, and then pour some of the liquid from the wok over them. ... if it looks like the wok is getting 'dry' during the cooking, add some more sherry (just pour it in there around the sides of the steamer basket .. .
