grilled peaches are always a crowd pleaser

Well done. What temp to you maintain for the peaches? I always seem to screw them up.

@Hairless_Hand there are a couple of ways to do them but usually I do them after a meal, so I let the Egg get hot to cook off any fat/crud that the peaches would pick up then shut the grill down. Sugar and cinnamon and let them rest. Then when it's time to toss them on I go skin side down for about ten minutes, flip to get grill marks and warm the inside, then flip one more time and toss the butter on top. Don't leave them on after you put the butter on or the butter will burn hitting the hot coals and your dessert will taste like a smoke pit.
