    Not much value from a collectible standpoint, but a cool piece to nail on the wall....the whole Chef Paul and blackened fish in CI LA Cajun thing.

    The pan is a Lodge I think?
    Wonder if it was a tribute for Prudhomme when he passed?  Or maybe produced during his hayday in Cajun cooking, 1980-90s?  I haven't seen many of the Lodge skillet special molds in the wild, one was the Sportsman type.

    Egret puts on one helluva shindig.
    I do need to get down there soon, THE fest of all fests IMO.

    One of your buddies left a Mack Trucks koozie in my truck. It has stayed in the driver's side door panel, getting use.  =)

    K Pauls  was Prudhomme's signature restaurant. He and Emeril were responsible for bringing blackening to the world. Died in 2015 after years of health issues. Nice piece. Use the hell out of it.
