'o Lamb. A small organic one that SWMBO brought home from the market for Sunday night family dinner.
Studded with garlic, bathed in a mustard vinaigrette, and reverse seared. Served with roasted golden beets and sautéed beet greens. A little Pinot Noir and a good night sleep afterwards. Nice way to end/start the week.
