<p />Last nights wings, tsunami spin, raised grid W/ drip pan, maple/hickory wood @ 260 for 1:45.[p]Tasted great, used some bob gibson red for dipping, gonna try a little breading next time.

    Caution!!! I did the exact same recipe and then I thought wow those were fantastic now I am going to bread it. So i did and they were fantastic. Now I can't sleep at night because I can't decide how I should make it next as my favorite way. Maybe the solution going forward is that I need to cook half and half
