I love mine too! Looking forward to seeing more cooks!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Ditto! Only had mine about a month. First BGE. Also LOVE it... and also have a lot to learn. But I can honestly say even my worst attempts have been good. Can't say that for every other grill or smoker I've had. Enjoy!!!
Of all the lies I tell, "Just kidding" is my favorite.

Welcome to the club. Come next March will be 3 years for my XL and I love it as will. It replaced and old gas grill that I had for almost 20 years. It is a work horse and I can put out wonderful food on it. I have only had one meal on it I did not like and that was tilapia. It was just to thin of a piece of fish so it just cooked to fast and I will not be cooking it again on the egg. I have baked a pie, lasagna, mac & cheese, pizza and many other meats. I will be cooking salmon on it Friday for family and a brisket point on it Christmas Eve, because my wife's uncle asked for burnt ends after he had them this last summer.

that's a lot of egg for a hamburger - although it does look good! I had a large for about 10 years, my 3 kids grew and now have had my XL for almost 3 years. I do 18 in pizzas, have done 96lbs of Butt at once, 12 racks, lots more.

This cook was 3 x 1/3lb burgers. I have fired up the XL for a single hotdog - and it was worth it!!
