Anyone planning on going? Or been in the past? Is it worth a couple hour drive?

I've not been to their fest but I have been to their store which is great. And the folks are so nice and helpful. You will surely come away with some new knowledge and some rubs and probably a new toy or three.Richmond and Mathews County, VA. Large BGE, Weber gas, little Weber charcoal. Vintage ManGrates. Little reddish portable kamado that shall remain nameless here. Very Extremely Stable Genius.

If I lived that close...I would make the drive. Might also meet some great vendors as well. I know Tom from "Ceramic Grill Store" will be there.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas

It's a great fest, on the small side which is good as well. If you want to learn from the best in the all-things-egg-related business then go, you won't be disappointed.

I'll be there and participating for the first time. We went to the one last November and had a blast. Great food and atmosphere and the people are even better. I haven't been to any other eggfests so I don't have much to compare it to, but definitely something I plan on attending at least once a year since they have two.

I went to the one last November, just because I was in the area. Small but good. No, I don't think I'd drive a couple of hours for it, but maybe an hour. I've been to much better ones, IMHO.Cincinnati, Ohio. Large BGE since 2011. Still learning.
