    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    HEB for about 6 months carried Nathan's Corn Dogs and stopped. They were really good. 
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    Thanks, mustard on the corney dogs and Whataburger Spicey Ketchup for the fries!
    Took me all afternoon to clean filters, salt cell and brush down the pool. Trying to stay ahead of things.

    On the oil, do you strain it ? I remember the last post you said it can last 6 months.

    I strain it it after 2-4 cooks. Depending on what and how much is cooked. I change the oil once a year. Usually in January or Febuary. That said things change if I cook fish!
