Smoked a Pork Tenderloin and a Chicken today for Dinner. Tried new rubs and finished my chickens off with a White BBQ Sauce ala Big Bob Gibsons. My first time trying it out and let me tell you it will now be added to my stable of regular sauces. That stuff is Deliciousness!

Thank you @Mattman3969, that was just half that i smoked. I buy the whole Tenderloin at Sams Club and get two cooks off of a good sized one. It was super moist as well.

We have a local place that has their own version of white sauce and they also serve hushpuppies with everything. That is where I started dipping the hushpuppies in the white sauce.
