All I can say is WOW. Egg held temp at 256 for the total cook time. The ribs were gobbled up before I could take pictures.[p]I am lovin' my egg.. [p]

Celtic Wolf,[p]I got my XL at the Eggs by the Bay event and have been impressed ever since. I have a large and a small but wanted the XL to do low and slow cooks with large volume. I have been able to hold low +/- temps very easily, must more so than with either of the others. The other observation is that the XL holds the heat much better than the other two.[p]Everything has its purpose and the XL is the low and slow king (or is that Queen?)![p]BillT
