Reverse sear

Options
I want to reverse sear some steaks tonight.  I want to cook them to medium well and the sear in the mini.  What temperature should I cook the steaks at and what temperature should the steaks be at before I take them out to sear.  Thanks

    250-275, 135 internal, sear, looking for 150 for medium well (according to the wonderful internet)
