Pork Butt for Office Pot Luck - Need advice

I'm cooking 2 Costco pork butts on Sunday, for a Monday pot luck at the office.
Looking for advice for what to do between Sunday night and lunch on Monday.
Do I pull the meat Sunday night, then reheat Monday at lunch? Or keep together and pull on Monday?
Thanks in advance.
David

OE on this one...Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Number 14 straight- I would pull when finished with the cook and reheat Monday.

What are your reheat options? I'd pull after smoking, store in foods aver bags or heavy zip lock bags. Then reheat. You'll be the winner of the pot luck for sure!Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga

When I do this I pull after cooking. I reheat in a crock pot with a splash of chicken broth to keep things wet.

cook/pull on Sunday, crockpot it on low on Monday. Sauce or no sauce, your call. If no sauce, maybe a splash of chicken stock to add moisture???

Someone posted the same question a couple days ago. Check it out below.

great info. I'll go the crock pot route. Limited options for reheat, we do have a gas grill that I was going to use, but the crockpot will be much easier.
thanks everyone

Didn't I just have a thread on this? I put the butt on the night before, pulled at 6 am. FTC till 1130, still super warm by that time.
