gasket came off

A Haviland Lake Colorado good morning to all.
After only a few uses the top gasket on my egg came off. Is there a glue that anyone has had success with to reattach the gasket to the lid?
Thanks for any help you can give me.

<p />buddyvs, this works for me..Permatex Ultra Copper Hi-Temp Silicone. Available at most automotive stores for around $4 bux.

Is this stuff safe? 700 degrees is the top limit. What happens after 700 degrees?

buddyvs, Elmer's PROBOND internal/external wood glue (weatherproof, fast tack) works for me.
