If I get to egg all day like I did yesterday. It will be a great day. I started yesterday smoking some mackerel, then I baked a chocolate chip kalhua cake and finished out the day grilling some large brazilian lobster tails. What a day it was. Now I have a feeling my wife will drag me to inlaws so I can watch my father-in-law char some meat on his gasser.

YB,[p]Same to you Larry![p]We just finished the Easter Egg hunt her at the Egg Ranch. We're forcasting a high of 95° today, so it will be a bit hot egging the Lamb Kebabs. They've been marinating since yesterday and the Tzatziki sauce was made last night, so all the garlic and spices should be well infused by this afternoon.[p]We hope everyone has a wonderful Easter Holiday.[p]Cheers,[p]Ed & Liesel

Sounds like great day for ya. Unfortunatley for a holiday my mother is currently on a carribian cruise(great for her though!) and rest of family resides in VA, so we are stuck this Easter reseeding, mulching, planting shrubbs, edging, and staining. Just a fun filled plan for this gerogous day!

I tried the lamb kabobs you posted a bit ago last night afte a 24 hour marinade. They were absolutely great! I will do them again at the OK fest. Sooo good. Must say the recipe made enough Tzatziki sauce for about 5 times the lamb I cooked. Oh well I'll cook more lamb!

bobbyb,[p]I like to dip good bread into Tzatziki sauce. A baguette or ciabatta bread is a good choice. Hmmm good.
