Flat Top Griddle Cookbook?

 I have just aquired a Blackstone 36" flat top griddle to join my BGE Kamodo and the gasser on the deck. Seasoned it up and cooked bacon, sausage, ham, home fries, eggs and french toast this morning. Also some apple wedges with butter and brown sugar to accompany the french toast. It was a pleasure having that much surface area available. One more tool/alternative heat source that I expect to use often.

 I am looking for reccomendations for any cookbooks for flat top/short order style cooking. Techniques. Recipes. Anything any of you have found to be worthwhile. Thanks for any help here!
