I cooked one of these last night
http://www.snakeriverfarms.com/northwest-beef/roasts/tenderloin-roast.html
Not a single pic :(. We had lots of family over and I got too busy to find my phone. I got this when they had the sale and it was $79 for the whole and it was 6.7 lbs. It was the best beef I have ever made and was a steal at under $12 a lb.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -

9 lb. butt went on early this morning. Been cooking at 250° - 265°. Haven't opened the dome once so looking forward to it hitting 195° so I can start probing it.
